Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Products are shipped within 48 hours of production and should be delivered to you in 5-15 business days. Also, we must allot an additional 5 to 10 business days for

 shipping on top of the initial time frame to account for Covid-19 related delays. 

To make sure that every order is fulfilled we are routing orders to different print providers and sometimes it is possible that your items will arrive at separate times

Return & Exchange Policy

We are mom-and-pop print on demand online store, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.




“Unfortunately, at this point we cannot accept any returns/refunds as we are moving to a new physical location. If you are not satisfied with your product, please send us an email and we will work it out”


Orders will not be processed until payment has been received 

If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly when product delivered and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine  eligibility for receiving a replacement.


  1.  Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an Order has been sent to production the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it, which is happening in 24 hours after payment has been received. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and we will not offer replacements or refunds. The User is responsible for relaying the correct information.

  2. Orders for products with recently updated artwork go through a Quality Control process that checks for low-resolution imagery or any other design related issues. If an issue is discovered, we will send you an email explaining the issue and any possible product quality repercussions. If You choose to proceed with the order, or if we does not receive a response within 7 days of the email notification, the order will be submitted and You will not be eligible for any replacements or refunds for this order.

  3. If Your Order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact our Support team. If the produced order is lost during shipment, we will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate.

  4. We do not give refunds for orders that have been shipped without tracking until they are verified to be lost.

  5. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the User will be contacted to arrange a reshipment. The User will be liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is provided and confirmed. Otherwise, packages will be donated after two weeks if we are not provided with a valid address for the reshipment. Reshipment costs include the original shipping cost of the product and + a service fee of $8. The service fee covers any charge on delivery (C.O.D) fees that we get charged by the fulfillment operator and handling fees.

  6. If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days, you should contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund.

  7. Images that do not meet guidelines, may be edited by our print partners during the digitization process to become eligible for embroidery. The final embroidered image may differ from your submitted artwork. In these situations, you are not eligible for replacements or refunds for those items.

  8. All images submitted for embroidery for the first time will have a 24-48hour digitization period. If there are multiple items in that order, the whole order will be delayed.

  9. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 


Production and dispatch takes place very quickly once orders have been received.

If you wish to make an amendment to your order once purchased, you have to act quickly. 

Please send us an email with all new changes as soon as possible. Order is usually sent to production within 24 hours after payment has been received.


If the order has been sent to production, we cannot make amendments.
